Cloudzone customer portal
A self-service portal where customers sign up, buy, pay for and manage their own infrastructure services — replacing phone orders and manual handover. Built entirely in-house: the customer-facing app, the API layer, and the core business logic.
sPortal
A packaged version of the infrastructure sales platform for providers and resellers who want their own branded storefront. Automates the service lifecycle — sign-up, payment, provisioning, renewal — across multiple reseller tiers.
iDU
Schools, training centers and exam organizers often spend weeks on system rollout before they can run a single course. iDU skips that: sign up and you get a learner portal, a question bank, matrix-based exam shuffling, timed exam rooms, and completion certificates. Multiple institutions share one platform, each with its own space and branding.
Web application firewall (WAF)
A protective layer in front of customer websites: blocks common web attacks such as brute-force login attempts, vulnerability scans, code injection and abusive bots; issues and renews security certificates automatically; keeps a separate access log per website. Customers don't have to build and run their own security infrastructure.
Cloudzone Box
Store, sync and share files across browser, desktop and mobile, with data hosted in Vietnam and invoicing under local regulations — an alternative to storage services hosted overseas.
AI-assisted customer support system
A chat widget embedded in websites and customer portals, paired with an agent workspace and an AI assistant that suggests replies based on conversation context. The goal is shorter customer wait times without growing the support team.
Gia Phả Đại Việt
A family-tree digitization service: an editing tool for the person maintaining the records, a public page for each family line, and a searchable online family tree.
VINACMS / mCMS
An in-house content management platform that runs multiple branded websites on one system, with built-in analytics and search-engine optimization tools.
Internal tools
Beyond the products we sell, every internal operations tool is also built in-house: work and project management, customer support, a shared email gateway, centralized logging, single sign-on, object storage, infrastructure and colocation management, plus an automated tool that installs the operating system on new physical servers, cutting the time needed to bring one online.
My role
Founder & CEO since May 2017: setting product and business strategy, building the cloud, hosting, server and data-center solutions, and leading the engineering team.
